Unprofessional security company

I wouldn't advise even my enemy to have ADT as a security company 😭, we are a couple who works in another province and only comes home on Friday we had a break in and we could literally see the person who broke in was now staying in our ( clearly someone who knew we are always away) everytime they would call we did say there's no one in the house so to prove they pathetic and lazy they couldn't even see someone occupied our space for a whole week I'm so disappointed
