Unhappy customer

I've called on the 8 December 2020 for someone to come and give my a quote. I've called Johnattan (the number that was given to me the last time I had a complaint) on the 17 December, the guy who answered the call said he'll ask one of the guys to call me. To date, no one has called or come out. I'm very disappointed in your service and this is not the first time. Heidelberg (Gauteng) Branch needs to be looked at. Their service is BAD!!!!!
