Unfulfilled promises

Ticket: E8439A9612F52 Re: SAL00932 Hi im just following up on all the calls I've received from numerous people from adt making promises yet I've seen no change nor has there been more patrols or visible vehicles of adt in my area nor have i received slips in my mailbox as proof of patrols as promised, also the guy who said he will sort out my call response issues never got back to me from the last time we spoke this was all early November, and they are fully aware of the increasing amount of breakins in my area yet there's no service at all so what am i paying for!?

It's completely unacceptable and now i have to do the following up myself is ridiculous!
