Unfair Treatment at the work place by Makgotso Thusi

Good day all can I please remain anonymous I've got a very huge concern regarding how the management is treating us currently especially Makgotso Thusi who was recently appointed at the call centre manager who is treating us employees like trash we ,you can't have a say because all they do is fire people ,there are people who have different health conditions who need to have food or snacks near them while working but that is not allowed ,even a tiny sweet or ****pies we are being treated like rats which you not even allowed to stand up and go get some fresh air all they will do it just make you sign a warning. We can't even put our cellphones next to our desk even if you've got children at home that you left behind at home just like me who has a condition at which they will call to update you regarding your child or your burning house for example you won't know because the phones are far away It's worse if it's cold you not allowed to wear a coat that has a hat once you do that they make you sign and go back home,it's even worse if you not wearing the right colour they want they make you sign then go home that's what she does daily she barely focuses on dirty and heart breaking duties that hurt us as employees less than her work ,we tried laying a grievance to the Hr but we never got help ,we came here to work for our homes and kids we've got very painful backgrounds that we left home to come and work here for someone to treat you very bad at majority of the call centre is not taking it well regarding makgotsos treating she is abusing us emotionally and mentally we are drained when we waked up in the morning thinking that we are coming to face her her treatment towards us is totally not good at all please intervene
