Unfair, DISSATISFIED

Been with the company +-3yrs and my contract was a month to month agreement. I called in last year before end of July to let them know that I no longer have the vehicle that had a tracker with them. And the lady who was assisting was very rude and told me that they working from home and that I still need to pay even if I don't have the car she bluntly said it's not their problem if I don't own the car anymore even when I have a month to month agreement.I then decided to send an email but still got no response I then reversed the premiums as they were still debiting and worse of it all they would debit different amounts using different references. Now what's worse they have done a Debicheck on my account without my permission again with different REFERENCES. NOW AM THE ONE PAYING FOR THE REVERSALS!!!!

Am very angry and disappointed to think that the Consultant who called me offering me their product literally bagged me which I found their product good at that time.
