Unauthorized subscription increase
Since August I have been reporting to ADT Fidelity what is unauthorized increase amount of my subscription. I have downloaded my 12 month bank statement and realise how Fidelity has been increasing my premiums. My subscription fee I signed up for 385 however am charged 485 - 520 per month
This need to stop immediately and I demand a full refund from your end. This is really unacceptable at all and breach of contract.
We had an incident at our home this week, your response came 40min later. Why the hell can anyone continue with your service. Your company has become an absolute shame, you used to be leaders in the market

20 Nov 2023, 22:18Update Refund transferred into my account was R190, the Incorrect unauthorized additional fees which occurred in my accounts runs over 800. I honestly have lost faith in Fidelity, what kind of ********* business practice is this.
The technician finally arrived to check the malfunction alarm system that is causing such havoc in my house at the oddest times of the night. My mum that is 82 is sent to a streak of panic each time the alarm goes off. The technician left us with a quotation of 1900 as the cost of reparing a system installed July 2022. Please note when we joined we paid 1800 for new alarm system to be installed and now a new system needs to be installed at our cost again.
Am highly frustrated,ADT Fidelity has become a ****mer.
I intend to lodge a serious The Security Association of South Africa (SASA) as well as a complaint with the consum protection onbudmen.
