Unauthorize deduction added onto my statement

On the 19th of June 2023 I received an email and SMS stating that they are Introducing Fidelity ADT and SafeCity, for less than R2 a day! that will be an extra R57.00 added to your account, you could OPT OUT which I did both with SMS and email and I also called and spoke to a lady Nthomble who assured me that they will not add it on my account. So I received my statement and guess what it has been added to on my statement. When i try and contact them you hold on for hours, trying to put you through to the correct department and then the call drops. I have left messages and sent emails but no one has come back to me. I have been having endless problems with Fidelity ADT. Because they are the only Security company in our area i have to stay with them, there service is TERRIBLE and I am not the only person complaining about them. I have requested for them to reverse that R57.00 of my account.
