Unanswered Email Queries

In July / August I was advised by email of a monthly premium increase for home security services from a monthly premium of circa R820 to circa R870. The next debit order deduction fom my accouny was circa R907. I queried this via email twice during the months of August and September. I have not had even the courtesy of an acknowledgement of receipt of my emails let alone a response to my query.

This makes me seriously doubt that they will respond to an emergency call on time. Time to find an alternative security provider that I can trust.
