Trauma

<p>On the 5th of November we had an incident that involved a Fidelity cash in transits van. We where driving from Leratong Hospital going towards Mainreef Road. My husbands car has a problem with a clutch. The car was at a steep hill and it was slow. The Fidelity car was behind us and it overtake. It drove it front of us and it slowed down, we didn't mind because our car has a problem. There was a taxi on the left and it gave us way to pass due to the slow van in front. We changed lanes and went to the left. We saw that the taxi wanted way and we went back to the right side and then again the van was behind us.</p> <p>The Fidelity van came towards us with a speed and bumped our car, my 4 year old son was at the back seat. My son started screaming I looked back to and the Van came back again and bumped us the second time but this time it was different because the driver pushed us for a distant of 100 meters I started recording everything and comforting my son. The driver pulled back again and he saw that I was recording and we moved to the left side, blocked us and drove off.</p> <p>We went to fidelity and spoke to one of the guys in the control room, he called one of the transport manager Tiasha and she asked us to send her the video and the pictures of the car where it was damaged. We did that and she promised that one of the CTI managers will call us but that didn't happen. We went back on Monday to meet Tiasha, she called the claims department and they took down our details and promised to send us an email stating all the documents that will be needed.</p> <p>On Tuesday my husband called the CTI manager and he said he knows nothing and the issue and no one has spoken to him about it. Till today, no one has called us and we still haven't received an email from the claims department.</p> <p>Please send me your contact detail so I can forward the video.
