Toyota Avanza ****** on the 28/01/2021

My wife reported the stole car on the 28/1/21 in our yard ADT promised her with a report that is needed by our insurance still to date they never send any report. We need something in writing that we can give our insurance. Yes they say the camera was for viewing, we need something in writing and proof for our car insurance cause we have to produce paper in writing.
