TL Security & ADT will pay my equipment.

Companies need to stop this thing of subcontracting and outsourcing whatever term suits… Lawrence of TL Security System came to my shop in Witpoortjie convinced to stay with ADT as the shop was already fitted with ADT alarm equipment… I was convinced and I did that, he then came to my store to link the system to my account. Well few days after I then started moving my equipment in the store and I tried to turn on the system and it’s just not working, I alerted Lawrence of what’s going on and he said he would come sort it and and he didn’t. I called him again after a couple of days he committed to seeing on a particular evening at 8pm at the store and he made me wait in the middle of the night on a rainy and he didn’t pitch no call nothing whatsoever! The next day he sends me a whatsapp message saying that he would come before 11am and yesterday was today again, he still hasn’t resolved my issue! I want to put a disclaimer that should anything happen to my equipment Lawrence and ADT will be responsible for any loss of my equipment!!! I want to cancel this subscription there are a lot more security companies that are looking for business and will to give an experience than a reputable company that doesn’t care of the clients but all they want is monthly subscriptions!!!!
