Hi I have a car track with them the panic when u press it they take long to call, I call the company to cancel my contract Phumelele Khumalo did not even bother to keep me as client to convince me on their service, she just emailed me a cancelation form I did fill in and send back to her, no response from her to say I've received your form, when I call to check what the way forward with my cancelation she's forever busy on the other call till today🙄🤔I tested my panic batton to see if it's disconnected no it's working, please fedelity call me and cancel that contract don't even debit my money this month end course I will fight u big time, *** I expect a call so I can use other services
