Threatening old people with violence

Guard pulled up at the home affairs office asking civilians to move. One old man wasn't moving fast enough to the guards liking and started threatening the old man whilst swinging his assault rifle around. I've tried phoning the head office to report what happened because the ***ard didn't want to give me his name and no one at the office wants to take the complaint. It is unacceptable behavior of the guards to threaten people
