This is NOT what tourism needs!
The Fidelity Security Guard did not want to allow Uber taxis access to the harbour. We were on a round the world voyage with a number of elderly international tourists and the taxis were not permitted to drop their passengers at the cruise boat. This required a 1.5 km walk in the hot sun to the ship. This may all sound fine an well apart from the fact that a number of other unauthorized tourist vehicles were permitted access explain this inconsistency to me! The worst of all of this was the complete disdain and contempt that we were dealt with. This is not what we need to encourage. I have in my possession a copy of the id tags of the people with whom we dealt. The third refused to provide his details.
