Turned this grumpy-flu invested Woolies shopper into a very happy new Checkers Northcliff client - That say more than you think!<br> I have never experienced such brilliant service from a \security guard"and he is not even directly employed by Checkers. He needed to check my other shopping bags and did it SO smoothly and diplomatically that I did not even notice (Usually this process is very irritating) He struck up a conversation (I was NOT in a chatty mood) managed to ease the trauma of having to enter a Checkers :) and changed the entire course of my day going forward!
