The Worst Ever Security- Arrogance & Disrespect!!!

It is with great disgust and shame to have to pen to paper my recent experience with Fidelity Security Officers at the Menlyn Shopping Centre. In your profile you mention the word Values however Fidelity Securities have absolutely no sense of the meaning of the word. Values: You mention that you focus on your customer needs. Innovate on an ongoing basis. Encourage your employees to go the extra mile... I have laid a formal complaint with regards to the ill-treatment we received from one of the most arrogant security officers I have ever come across. If you wish to know what happened you can request the Complaint Letter I wrote on the day of the incident, which I doubt was taken up to the relevant department of complaints. I did request a copy to be made but I was told the copier machine room was locked I therefore took photos of the complaint.
