Terrible service and feedback

I'm a pensioner and its been over 2 months approaching the third, that a fidelity van (driver with expired licence in 2017) crashed into my car, from the right lane turning left... An assessor has come to view the car but no pay out has been made... how long does one wait? Because if I was in the wrong my insurance would be pestered to pay out quickly...

What annoys me the most is i was not in the wrong but i'm the one suffering the most... Its been taxing using public transport at my age and not being able to climb up and down with taxis
