Terrible Service

My mother app**** for two security watches and has been waiting for a full month for them to be delivered, but nothing has been done so far, they were supposed to arrive sometime last week and yet they are still not here, there hasn't been any communication with the consultant and overall this is absolute **** service. Not happy at all that we're meant to rely on your security system yet the products meant for that security aren't being sent when they are said to be sent. Dissapointing compared to a few years ago.
