Terrible response time
Really disappointed 😢 by the service received. Alarm went off 20:08 and asked that they send officer to check. They called me at 21:08 to ask for directions to the place. How are you guarding a place that you don’t have a location of? I’m not even sure that they patrol in the area because how do you not know or see your own board? 😫😫😱.

10 Jun 2026, 21:35It’s 21:32 and I’m holding, they have not confirmed that they found my place to give report if there are issues or not? The guy who seems to have connected us with the controller is not responding to either me or the officer and the officer cannot hear me nor am I getting any response from the agent that called me.
