Terrible and Poor

<p>my Vehicle was bumped by a gate at work which was operated by a Fidelity Security Guard. She closed the gate by while i was coming in for work. 24 October 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>Correct procedures were followed and even went to the Regional office in robertsville to attend the matter. A file was opened for me and the gentleman who was helping me said the matter will be handed over to claims department weeks passed and gave me excuses. Up untill today never got feedback. I ended up paying the damage through my insurance. Cost upto R22000. i am still waiting for feedback. i still have all the emails and pictures regarding the incident.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fidelity and its staff were really useless.</p> <p> </p> <p>i do not commend them at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
