Terrible After Sales Service

Non existant aftersales service and a finance team that have no clue whats going on. 1. Received Quotation - accepted and paid for the quote. 2. Over a month later, receive statement showing I owe the amount (that I pad for on the quotation) 3. Contacted ADT finance team - they are no help 4. received monthly invoices, even though i was given 3 months free subscription 5. No way to escalate
