Terrible After Sales Service

I’ve been struggling to get proper feedback from their finance department. When I first signed up, I was supposed to get the first two months for free, but my account was debited without authorization in the first month instead of the 3rd month.

I cancelled my agreement after 10 days because I was unhappy with the unauthorized debit. Now, they’re charging me for 1 month instalment plus R897 for a cancellation fee, but their contract doesn’t specify this cancellation clause. I’ve requested a breakdown of how they arrived at that figure, but I haven’t received any response so far.
