Terrible
reported my alarm on the 10/10/2020 10 days later no call from ADT to make arrangements, I have been calling ADT & React alarms every day & sending mails, to set up an appointment for my keypad & box to be replaced. I was promised a call yesterday from Vuyogazi TECH Coordinator, every time i call she is unavailable. Terrible service, Unreliable, these two company's that work together is sending me from one to the other. horrid & completely disgusted in ADT

23 Oct 2020, 07:27another week pass by and still no assistance. Fidelity with React alarms is disgusting to be covered with. I honestly just want to cancel & I am stuck in a contract with this despicable company's that supposedly work together but have no association and relationship to assist me.
