Taking money after cancellation!!!

Since december 2021 I tried to cancel my monthly subscription with these palookahs. Everytime just another story. Everytime a manager contacts me/or two/last time it was three, and wants to know why I want to cancel. Funny enough, then they dont have any record of the cancelation the month thereafter. Beginning March 2022, same thing again!! Beginning of April, same thing again, and every month they take their pound of flesh!! I am finished with fidelity adt *****s!!. Pay my money back!!!!! Your are a bunch of *********** idiots trying to take as much money as possible from your clients without giving a descent service. The alarm system I bought from you stopped working. You wanted to charge me nearly double to fix the alarm. I will let everyone know NOT to consider these companies to keep you secure. Corporates dont care anymore, its just figures for them, rather look at local security companies that you can trust!!!
