Still No service with regards to reaction!
Our alarm went off at 11:40 this morning when the ******* cut our fence exiting our grounds. The reaction officer Francois arrived AFTER the police at 13:30!! The burglars have now come back, after pressing a panic button at 15:30 @ 16:09 we are watching them as the reaction has still not arrived!! I am trying to call the control room, but i hold till the line goes dead.... no answer
