Stay far away from Fedility ADT ********* behavior

I have had enough of harassment and ********* conduct from fedility.

On the 30th of May 2023, we contacted then (National) and gave a Calandar month's notice requesting that our services be terminated effectively end of June 2023, confirmation was received.

Then all of a sudden we started noticing that Fedility ADT is deducting money from my account we investigated and saw that Fedility ADT has taken over National. I reversed the payment just for them to deduct it the following month. We contacted them and forwarded them the cancelation email and assumed all is sorted.

Today we received a notification from LGR Attorneys that our account has been handed over. I am gobsmacked, we contacted the attorneys and explained the situation where they just asked us are we refusing to pay? Now my credit name is *****ed by a service company we have not even used
