Shoddy service and delays with cancelling this service
I have been struggling to cancel my this service since October 2024 - Lucian Jacobs who is a service representative keeps making promises he cant keep!!! The inconvenience this caused me is horrific as I;ve had to pay for 2 security service providers, and ADT refuses to cancel my account, despite the fact that our contract is up.
