SHOCKING SERVICE LEVELS - Fidelity Secure Drive
Shocking service from Fidelity Secure Drive: had my tracking device transferred from my old vehicle to my new vehicle and was told by Customer Services Dept cost would be R850-00. Thought this cost was excessive and spoke to Customer Services Manager who agreed to drop the price by R400 to R450-00. However, debit went off at R850-00 and now I cannot get the R400 refunded - despite several emails and telephonic discussions with the Customer Services Manager, JP Schroeder! Time to stop doing business with this useless company who do not value their clients!
