Shocking service.
Recently I had an alarm system installed by Fidelity ADT. Big mistake. Firstly, they arrive 7 hours late the day before i moved. Various changes had to be made during instalation and it's still not right. Throughout the installation i did not know who to liaise with at ADT. The system i had installed in a previous property years ago was way superior.
