Bery bad service the twchnician was here on the 26 of June 2023 to do a installation he said he will be back within a week to finish it has been 4 months now. And suddenly i receive a letter of demand from them. I am not goinh to pay for a job that is not finish

04 Oct 2023, 11:18Good day. This morning at 10:30 fedility was here Technician Richard and A guy by the name Juan Nortje. They wanted to install the Led light at the back which was suppose to be installed 4 months ago as per agreed. I told them to come and remove the alarm I opened my gate for them and they did not want to enter to remove it. So I asked them to leave my premises a few times.Now he says that I must fill in a cancellation form and will be held liqble for the conttac of 3 years. How can you be held responsible for something that was never installed 100%.
