Security that Failed to verify with the assistant of the owner

I went to La Como Lifestyle estate today and unfortunately my licence and ID were misplaced. I took my medical aid card as I had to pick up some stuffs that were needed for emergency. I was so shocked to find that the security guys could not tell me of any means of how I can get in. I called the person that stays there to open for me which I thought it would be fine but unfortunately they still said that my car can not get in. I found it very shocking because there was really no point for me to call the owner to open because the point is I was there to collect emergency items with my car. Most places make exceptions during this COVID time when it comes to verifying people and I was so shocked because I, ve been to well known estate that actually make sure that they don't disappoint their residence especially when the owner is comfortable about the visitor and can still help them to verify. Unfortunately I don't stay around and I even wonder how bad is the crime rate in that estate.
