Security company incapable of providing security

I have been trying to get them to measure my house and give me a quote for the past 4 months.Twice I was called by them and they say they will get someone to call be but nothing happens.I have sent numerous emails. They told me after the 1st call how much I would pay and which special they had which I was happy yo accept.I will look for another security company coz i doubt their system will work if they cant return a call,I doubt if they will come in an emergency if they cant come to quote an interested client.
