Security company car driving recklessly

I felt extremely frustrated When today I encountered a fidelity security company car driving with 4 men in it, the driver was driving as if he did not have a license. The driver firstly almost drove into me while turning a corner and then proceeded to drive in the middle of two lanes. The following robot was out to which he proceeded to drive straight through while a car from the other side of the intersection was driving through almost causing an accident! I hooted at him to which him and the other occupants of the vehicle then laughed and ridiculed me! I find this disgusting attitude unacceptable especially from a well known security company, these are the type of people representing this company! The company car was B40 Brooklyn!
