Security bad service

We came to the Master of the High Court in town. Sauer and Marshall because we had an appointment with the Assistant Master. We need to sign in but as we get there the lady who is from Fidelity is rude to us and had hee phone on her she didnt even look up at us to hear us out. The second lady was even eating colored popcorn and didnt say a word to us. We tell her we are here as we have an appointment and show her the paper and she doesnt look at is instead she gave us a bad attitude WITH HER PHONE IN HAND THE WHOLE TIME!!!! it was as if we were disturbing her peace. I later see the name of the of the Assistant Master and she doesn't even direct as to where we are supposed to go.

Im well aware of the overwhelming amount of work they have to deal with but its not even 11a.m its 9,in the morning and we are grieving and tired too from coming here we didnt deserve this halfassed service.
