Securities at Victoria Private Hospital are very rude and don't treat people the same

<p>My 14 years old niece has been admitted at Victoria private hospital, and the evening of the 22nd I went with my sister and 15 years old daughter, but the security lady at the glass door leading to the female ward refused us to go through the door that we have been using the whole day without even an explanation, and she also refused that the girl go through saying children are not allowed in the ward. I asked her children what age and she said 13, bt I tld her de girl was 15, she said even 15 years are not allowed. </p> <p>During the day of the 23rd we went back again and there was a security man and the door was open, people were going through it, and when I asked him who are the people allowed to use that door, he said anyone even us if we are going to the ward. And I went through the door and went to take my niece to sit at the front because I was with kids. We used the same door again, and even after visiting time, my niece and her cousins went through the same door and what was funny is that there was a little girl who is maybe 7 or 8 visiting at the ward, and when I asked the male security about the 15 year old, he said she was allowed as long as she is over 12. </p> <p>The evening of the 23rd I went back with my sister again, and there was a woman security at the door and she refused that we go through that door, but there were people before us we saw her letting in to go to the same ward we were going to. After visiting time she came with a male security and my niece was going to the toilet, my sister, who is the mother of the child wanted to go and see where the toilets where, because it was time to leave, we accompanied the child and we even saw people leaving through the door they refused us to use, and then the securities shouted to the nurse to tell us to come back, and the nurse told us. I asked the nurse why only us, and that female security appeared, then I told her "oh it's you again". I asked her what her problem with us was and she laughed at me. I went to her to check if she had a name badge and she didn't have, I asked her for her name telling her I am going to lodge a complaint. She laughed at me saying I have a problem, just because she refused to let us in. And I told her even the previous night we were given a problem by a female maybe it was her. She then shouted at me asking me if I know her. I told her I was not going to let this go, and the man shouted from a distance saying he is the supervisor if I have a complain with that lady. She went to him laughing at me as if I was a fool, and saying I had a serious problem, I went to the male security and asked for his name, and even asked him for the lady's name, he also refused to tell me her name, he only showed me his name badge, and I asked him why she had no name badge, but he couldn't answer me. I walked away and even the male started saying I have a problem and they laughed. I told them they were messing with the wrong person, they just judge people by looking at them. There was even another man who was also complaining to them about the same door. He even told them that they let their friends use the door, but they also refused to let him in.</p>
