search without gloves

On 1 October 2019 my husband flew from Richards bay airport. His bag was searched without gloves. My husband asked the security guard three times where his gloves is, he ignored my husband. He told him there was food in his bag, the security guard gave him the bag back and said he must pack it out. After he left I went to the security desk and reported this matter. The person there said that they do have gloves and must use it. I told him we complain every time but no response. He called his supervisor, which was the person searching the bag without gloves. He responded that the gloves has a toxic powder on it, therefor he don't use it. I told him it's nonsense, i am a nurse and that powder is not toxic. He laughed at me. I told him I am reporting this and he apologized. This was the fourth time we complained, no response from guards, they just speak over your head in an unknown language.
