Rude security staff at Truworths key west

The Adt security at key West are extremely rude, they close the store doors15-20 minutes earlier. Today was the 3rd time getting to the store at 13;46 and they told me the store does not close at 14:00 as per what is displayed on the door. They said 14:00 is their knock of time and by then all customers should not be in the store. We asked for the store manager as we were there just to pay and they said the manager can not come.

Please change your store operating times at key West to reflect 20 minutes earlier. And do something about that rude female security with dreadlocks from fidelity who said she does care even if she is reported and we are not the only customers that have been turned away.
