Rude Security Guard

On Friday evening I was confronted by a rude security guard named Menzi at Maponya Mall while rushing to PnP. I understood that he wanted to alert to the fact that the shop was closed, but the way he went about it unprofessional and ended up with him name calling. I was left thinking how does such a person even get a job where he is tasked with helping and protecting mall clients. I'm still dumbfounded.
