Rude Security!!!!

I would like to report horrible service by a lady named Lettie who worked at Eastrand Mall, Clicks store on Sunday 01/09/2019. She is an absolutely rude and arrogant woman who has no respect for clients. When i asked her for her name to report her she said its none of my business. If this is the type of security/people you'll hire then i would not recommend this type of service to anyone. I hope that she will be dealt with accordingly and i would appreciate feedback.
