Rude Fidelity Security Guard

I was at Ultra Liquors in Gezina today (24-12-2020) at 10h48. The Security Guard that was managing the entrance was very rude. When I arrived she was talking to another customer. She then told me to stand on the queue. I was second on the queue after the customer she was talking with. Another customer came and she allowed him to enter without having to stand on the queue. I asked the Security Guard on why that customer doesn't stand on the queue and her response was in Zulu saying that "Awuboni ukuthi ukhubazekile". The direct translation is "Can't you see that he is paralysed". I asked her why is she fighting me because I just asking for a reason. She went on saying that "I am giving you the reason". I have been doing business with Ultra Liquors in Gezina for over a year and has never had any dissatisfaction with their service but the service of a Security Guard dissapoints. I have called many numbers for FIDELITY but no one seems to know who is responsible for Security Guards that are deployed at Ultra Liquors in Gezina
