Rude and unprofessional employees

I am so disappointed by the treatment i got yesterday at N1 CITY MALL by the control room operators , they insulted me and when i complained they laughed and threatened me with police . I believe something has to be done as this shows how unprofessional the employees are and it could be wrong for business. I am going to complain on every platform until i get an apology from those ladies
