Review of Fidelity Security Lonehill Shopping Centre Complaints were brought to my attention of a specific Fidelity security guard and supervisor who intimidate, are disrespectful and rude lingstandinf to elderly residents of Lonehilĺ. Several muggings of elderly women have occurred directly where Fidelity Security 4 wheeler is parked on Crestwood Drive. The duty guard was conveniently nowhere to be be seen during these incidents. Cars were broken into during the morning of 6 May 2025 parked at the park. The guard Sipho is supposed to sit on the bench amd watch the cars. He claims that he qas 'around' but was nowhere near the car parking. As a result hereof, it appears that Fidelity Security who are paud by LRA who residents support financially do not protect residents of Lonehill which they are paud to do, albeit treat elderly residents with ************ and extremely rude conduct. Many residents of Lonehill render complaints hereof.
