Results driven and professional service? No way..

Had my current home security system installed 20 years ago by a local small business. Crime rate was relatively low. As a result of facts I gathered re providing keys and access to security companies, I have never provided gate access keys at any time. When my alarm went off and we were not home, they would climb over the gate, check the property, call back and report. The business was then sold to a privately owned company in the neighbouring town. Boy, were they good! Very well managed and committed. Armed response, would frequently patrol the area and also climb over the fence on alarm when we were out, Inspect and report back via cellphones. At times they even waited at property until we returned. Enter ADT. ****** and crime rates much higher, so we welcomed the 'professional' service, Not so. On an alarm when we're out, office informs us. We request they investigate and report back. They drive to the front gate, stick a 'no access' note in the gate and leave without even walking along the fence. Neighbour frequently and jokingly reports this and ask why I pay for this. ADT then does not report back. When we call again to enquire they cannot get hold of the van. So we race back home. I,m 74 years old and frequently scale the gate/fence in full motorcycle gear. Taken up with local ADT management on many occasions. Same result. A professional armed response service that cannot climb over a gate that all the previous amateurs could do while they also reported back??? I need this useless to me service to validate insurance cover. What a farce in such a high and increasing crime ridden society!!
