Report Bad Driving

Well, I wanted to report bad driving. But what I experience from the number advertise to report this made me unsure whether I even should report anything to this group which is not already clear. So, the driver of 40838 came from a side road and turned into the main road, right in front of me. As far as I now they are not emergency vehicles, so, that is not acceptable. When I phone to report this, I was put through to the people that should deal with it. An unfriendly lady answered the phone and wanted to know my name, when I told her I would like to stay anonymous, she put me on hold with out warning. I decided to wait, when someone return to the call they did not speak. I said 'good day' again and they dropped the phone in my ear. You might want to reconsider the purpose of having the Report Bad Driving number on you vehicles.
