Reckless overtaking and speeding

Good morning Team<br> <br> Once again bad driving as hit me again. I was driving on the M! north about 1km from the Empire turn off heading towards my work in Sandton. The road narrows due to construction and I was driving on the fast lane.<br> <br> A white Chevrolet Cruze bakkie with the reg CF 44YY GP overtook me at about 0600am and narrowly missed my BMW 330Ci as he misjudged that the road was narrowing (there were signs on the approach that the road would narrow) and did not see that the road has narrowed. I tried to take a photo of the incident and the driver sped off at over 140km an hour. We narrowly missed a collision on my drivers side and I had to break very hard. you should have on your car speed record. couldn't and did not want to keep pace at that speed to take another clearer photo.<br> <br> What is the issue with your driver, this is the second very serious incident?
