Reckless driving then acting like I'm a ********

<p>at 17:30 by the intersection of van riebeeck road and st. John Edenvale one of your cash vans crossed a red light whilst he was turning right fron van riebeeck into st john. I was already crossing the intersection as the light was green for me. Then he still proceeded to turn and cross the red light at a very busy intersection. He then drove behind me untill i took my next turn,passed me very slowly and as he passed i noticed one of the latches opening. Your vehicles are not emergency vehicles and you need to abide by the road laws. With current tech you should be able to see which vehicle and driver it was based on the time and place.
