Quotations required

Can someone please come and give me a quote on your camera system and I would also like for some to come and replace my battery of my alarm, because it keeps on sending a signal to the control room when we have loadshedding. I'm not sure why this hasn't been picked up from the control room and a technician sent out to my premises. Don't bother to ask the Heidelberg office to do so, because they told me they don't supply quotes for electric fencing so I'm sure she won't give quotes on the cameras as well. Pathetic service. Can some from your Head Office please assist. Thank you. I've completed several forms for quotes on your site, but no one ever comes back to me.
