PROVIDENT FUND - HR NOT FORWADING ECLAIMS

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I resigned from the Fidelity Group in February 2016 and left the company in March 2016, I’ve signed all the necessary documents before my departure and was promised that everything was in order, only to find that three months down the line my payroll Exit has not been done, electronic claim form has not yet been submitted to the Old mutual Group and I am listed as an Active USer on Fidelity</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been following this up atleast twice a week for the past three months and even sent the HR Exec mails asking for him to intervene</p> <p> </p> <p>Fidelity has not submitted my payrol exit on their Systems and is not intending to send my Eclaim to Old Mutual</p> <p> </p> <p>I've launched my complaint to the highest reporting structure in their HR and still nothing has been done three months later</p> <p> </p> <p>this behaviour is across all departments and very common @ Fidelity</p> <p> </p> <p>is there any way i could get any form of assistnce with out having to go another month</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p>
