Poor to no service by FIDELITY ADT AmberConnect

I had the Amber Tracker installed in my car ia week ago,Since installation it hasn't worked.. It is impossible to get hold of them at all, and to speak to a supervisor. The most shocking service ever! And to date they supposed to come out to me nothing happening, I want to cancel with them and still no luck
