POOR SERVICES FROM ADT AND ITS NOT THE FIRST , NOR THE SECOND , NOR THE THIRD TIME CALLING

Please tell me what services im I paying for? I have advised for months now to say my system does not work. I have been making numerous calls but i keep being told someone will call to come and check it but to no avail yet you are quick to debit my account. Should there be any house breaking ADT will pay for everything.

I NEED A TECHNICIAN TO COME AND CHECK THIS ALARM SYSTEM SO I KNOW WHAT IM PAYING FOR. I HAVE ALREADY ADVISED VINCENT BUT HE KEEPS SAYING SOMEONE WILL COME, ITS NOW ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND I CANT KEEP CALLING TO FOLLOW UP. FOR YEARS I HAVE BEEN PUTTING UP WITH THIS NONSENSE AND IM TIRED, IT STOPS NOW
